![]() Laid out across five large areas, the game puts you in command of the Metropolis Maker a yellow-suited top hat wearing overachiever who was chosen out of a billion other candidates to save the planet from destruction. Gameplay Best described as a cross between SimCity and Nintendo's Animal Crossing, Metropolismania prides itself on the importance of creating friendships with the residents of your town. And as much as it pains me to admit - I kind of like it. ![]() Yet surprisingly, the more I play through the game's multiple missions and collection of friendly towns, I can't help but to grow a little attached to it. Needless to say, this particular piece of inexpensive software is rife with technical issues, control problems, and a graphical presentation that puts the genre light years behind.
